GLEDOPTO GL-C-616WL WLED Controller – Dual Output Ethernet & Wi-Fi

The GLEDOPTO GL-C-616WL Elite is a dual-output WLED controller for addressable LED strips and pixel lighting. Based on an ESP32 and supplied with WLED pre-installed, it provides a straightforward way to control digital LED lighting over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or a wired Ethernet connection.

With two independent addressable LED outputs, the GL-C-616WL can control two LED strips or pixel runs from one controller. WLED provides control through its web interface or compatible mobile apps, with support for effects, segments, presets and smart-home integration.

Hardware Features

Ethernet & Wi-Fi Connectivity

Connect the controller to your network using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet. Ethernet provides a wired network connection where a more consistent connection is preferred.

Two Independent LED Outputs

The GL-C-616WL provides two physical addressable LED data outputs, allowing two LED strips or pixel runs to be connected to the same controller. Each output can be configured in WLED for separate lighting zones and effects.

Flexible Power Input

The controller supports 5V, 12V and 24V DC power through the screw terminals. A 5V / 3A maximum Type-C input is also provided for suitable 5V installations.

Fuse Protection

The controller includes a replaceable fuse to provide overcurrent protection for the controller's power circuit.

Important Power & Voltage Information

The LED strip voltage must match the power supply voltage. For example, use a 5V power supply with a 5V WS2812B strip and a 12V power supply with a 12V WS2815 strip. The controller does not convert between voltages.

For long LED runs or high-density strips, additional power injection may be required to minimise voltage drop. Power injection does not increase the controller's rated output capacity, which remains 15A total maximum.

Power supply not included. Use a regulated DC power supply with the correct voltage and sufficient current capacity for your LED installation.
